The National chairman of Peoples democratic party (PDP) Ali Modu Sheriff says the party will do what is right to take over the mantle of leadership in the forthcoming general election in the country.
He stated this during his recent visit to the Ekiti State PDP Secretariat in Ado-Ekiti.
The Party Chairman further explained that the recent election held in some part of the country indicate that people still want the political party. Sheriff who described his visitation to the state as part of efforts to unite the party towards its forthcoming convention.
The PDP boss commended the style of leadership of Ekiti State Governor Ayodele Fayose and also called on the political office holders to rise to their responsibility through equal distribution of dividend of democracy.
